Reflective Teachers

Once a lesson is delivered, teachers need to reflect on what went well and what went less well with it. Teachers are encouraged to write their reflections, which is often left undone. This practice is speared on by the fact that there are known to be varying degrees of intelligence in learners. In fact, Howard Gardner claims that there are eight intelligences of a learner. Why does a teacher feel demotivated at times, is because they have not done the reflections. Their chance to overcome their weaknesses can be turned into strengths. This process will be taught in competencies.” - Harpreet Randhawa

Harpreet's Time Management

It can feel overwhelming to have to juggle several hats in our personal to professional lives. What helps us along is when we are inspired by others who manage time effectively. Even better if we know them, personally. Countless books later on the topic, here we are in the New Normal, with what looks like more time on our hands, yet feels as though the boundaries are at a blur. Pre-pandemic and in the New Normal, the tact for multitasking with a sense of completing tasks well is what Harpreet has upheld as an achievement-oriented person who makes time to guide others, as well. She will share insights into her time management with the aim of leading a fulfilling life.
